We'll be officially launching a couple of ATX PSUs soon that should be of interest to you. In the meantime, we also already have a 850W ATX PSU that is 140mm deep and 80 PLUS Platinum in the ST85F-PT model. When it launched two years ago, it was the most powerful ATX PSU at 140mm size.

Obviously overclocking with liquid nitrogen is out of the question, but mild OC is probably OK in the range of 10% or so. Keep in mind NJ450-SXL's platform is based on the SX800-LTI so it has the reserve to handle relatively heavy load if the environmental temperatures are favorable.
