@rfarmer @Elerek @W1NN1NG , sounds like an ASRock Phantom ITX with the VRM/M.2 heat sinks removed and a NH-L12S is my best option. I'll go that route and THANK YOU for the helpful feedback! Now all I have to figure out is how to actually build the thing...let's hope the PSU comes with...
