Is the 42mm the space between the motherboard edge and the internal case frame?

The example you've shown has the NH-L12/S in the non optimal position. Might wanna rotate it for renders if that image is going in the manual for the T1 or else people will freak.

A good utility application for visualising how much space each file takes up on your drives is WinDirStat https://windirstat.net/ But like @Revenant said we can't really tell you how much storage you might need without specifics.

What computer hardware are you powering it with? What position is the PSU sitting (above motherboard or the front of the Cerberus Case with PSU fan facing internal or external)? When does it die (under load, what load, idle or it doesn't turn on after a shutdown)?

Wouldn't the SV540 as a 3 Slot make it wider than the SV590? It's going to look chungus without any curved/angled edges on the front panel (SM5XX). It'd be +170mm wide (due to the 75mm CPU cooler height + 3 Slot)?

Alphacool launched those low profile swivel fittings seperately but updated with a lower profile compression fitting made of brass (the fitting is brass, cap is brass). Inserted height is 21 mm. Designed to be used with Alphacool's AlphaTube TPV EDPM tubing (similar to EKWB ZMT Tubing)...
