I did not test fit the SODIMM board once I had my AIO in. However, it is clearly below the point at which the radiator / fans end. I know I'm responding late, so did you get a chance to test it all out? As for pics, yes, I intend to get some in here soon.

For the amount you're spending on the the Strix cards, can you not get a 2070 Super? As for the PSU, the Corsair SF 600 should suffice for your build.

I am using an AIO (Corsair H100i Platinum) with the Impact on the V6. My idle chipset temp stays around 67-68C. However, I don't hear the chipset fans at all.

For an AIO you are limited to 240mm radiators. So the Corsair H100i or the NZXT Kraken X52. I have the H100i in the V6 on a 3900X. Idle temps are close to 40 (in Balanced mode). When gaming they are usually under or around 60. The ML120 fans that come with the cooler can get noisy above 1500...
