Wow I completely got it backwards. Giga board had lower vrm temp, higher clocks than asus x570i. And it has better vrm as well. Now I'm torn again lol

From my understanding gen 4 m.2 real world performance impact is marginal because gen 3 already provides pretty fast transfers. Temp header definitely is a plus

I have updated the build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/36GpYg Changed the mobo from 570i to b550i which is compatible with blackridge cooler after removing m.2 heatsink. Added compatible lpx ram. This is likely my finalized build. What do you guys think?

Actually scratch that he's using the b550

Near the 6 minute mark I see his clocks are hitting 4.4ghz though at 90c. So maybe it can hit those speeds but not for extended times. Which is fine for my use case. Or am I missing something here?

Here if I'm not wrong optimum tech is using blackridge with asus x570i Near 3:35 mark and he didn't even mention anything. I'm really confused.
