Price is the biggest factor for sure. If I have to guess MSRP will be around $500. Market price will be higher though.

I'm not sure if you can limit it to 45W, but that would mean it will have very low frequency to maintain that limit. And maybe it is not even worth gaming at that speed. Also, the A2000 is an expensive option if you just gonna limit it to 45W. Consider other options like going for lower TDP GPUs...

Like the other guy said, I think advertising or marketing is important too. I think at the very least "professional-looking" product photos will be helpful. I think that your case is great too. It's just that I have a similar case now that I have yet to build.
