What kind of screws did you use to mount the top 92mm fans? Those don't look like standard screws that come with the fan

Just contacted the vendor, and he said that he said that he'll be releasing updated versions of his all current PC cases at the end of the month, so a ZS-A4S v2 is coming soon!
