My personal pet peeve for reviews is a lack of physical measurements/dimensions of the product. For me, this seems to be something that is consistently lacking in reviews. Frequently when measurements are provided, they are simply the basic length/width/depth provided by the manufacturer...

The top panel looks a little iffy with the one bar just floating there. It will break pretty easily unless it is actually bonded to another panel.

I used 4.5mm but the sides were no more than 180mm. The standoffs I have only have ~a 3-4mm section that is threaded, so that worked out just fine. 6mm should be plenty for the case... I'm not sure what would make for a good strength for a carry handle... closer to 9mm? Even then I'm not...
