    SFF.Network Streacom Launches the DA2

Yeah, I found that weird. I haven't messed with the GPU fan settings at all, it's all default. I can see if I can bump it up a bit. I could look into removing the filter, but I'm afraid of breaking it. Removing it would be more for curiosity reasons as I no longer intend to keep this case. It...

    SFF.Network Streacom Launches the DA2

Above: Ok, the 140mm fan is moved back to its higher position rather than blowing directly on the GPU. I've also tidied up the PSU cables a bit on the opposite side where the exhaust 140mm is. Below: Temperatures now: Results are about the same.. possibly worse, looking at those CPU and...

Yes, those are the fans that I set to hit 90% and higher once the motherboard gets to around 39c+. They speed up as soon as I start playing a game. Noted! Interesting point. I also wonder if part of the problem is because these 140mm fans are not secured to the side panels. So the gap between...

    SFF.Network Streacom Launches the DA2

Ok, here's my latest attempt to cool my RTX 2060 FE: Above: - I moved the PSU across towards this side panel, away from the opposite panel. I flipped the PSU so the fan faces the side panel, however I've noticed the PSU fan rarely turns on, even when gaming. - I slid the 140mm further towards...

News NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Launching April 2019

I'm curious about the appeal of such a card, what do you guys intend to do with a 1050-ish equivalent?

Great, thanks for the feedback :thumb: I have another 140mm coming...I might be able to fit it next to the motherboard as you suggested.

Thanks for the reply. I can have a look at putting a fan on the inside of the front panel. As for the bottom air filter, I don't want to remove it since it's not meant to come off and would be destructive. Don't want to sell a damaged case in a few years.

    SFF.Network Streacom Launches the DA2

Any thoughts on reducing GPU temperature in my case? The RTX 2060 Founders Edition is getting really hot during load (82c max). It blows all the hot air to the right side of the case and the right panel starts to get very hot. I have no intention of overclocking, and I only want to use fans (no...

Random rebooting during POST, stable in Windows

PARTLY SOLVED: I have found the problem with not being able to delete the MKV file. I had installed the latest test version of Windows 10, and there is actually a bug that stops MKV files from being deleted/moved/renamed. You have to go into Safe Mode to be able to delete the file.

Random rebooting during POST, stable in Windows

I put together a new build and have had some odd occurrences that I'm unsure about: Some reboots during POST, and odd M.2 drive behavior. Unsure if one is related to the other. No reboots or blue screens within Windows itself. I don't overclock any components. Streacom DA2 case ASRock Z390...

    SFF.Network Streacom Launches the DA2

Thanks for the replies, I'm a bit afraid to mess with it as this build has been a bit frustrating already. After further investigation, it's possibly a RAM timing issue where the BIOS itself was restarting the system to adjust for stable RAM settings. I will post a separate thread so as not to...

    SFF.Network Streacom Launches the DA2

Very helpful, thank you! I was trying to find a slimline displayport cable (or whatever you might call it), but they all seemed to have thick bezels around the plug. So I just cut the cable. I will see if I can locate a similar replacement. Do you have a link to the image of the plug so I can...

    SFF.Network Streacom Launches the DA2

I just had to do the same damn thing for my RTX 2060! Not impressed, Streacom. The metal SFX bracket also wasn't the best either. The screw holes didn't quite align exactly with the Corsair SF600, so one screw had to be slightly misthreaded.

New revision of Ncase M1, when?

I'm just a layperson but it seems worth it to me, given that the M1 is updated somewhat frequently anyway (5 revisions in 5-6 years?). Unless there is a significant cost to adding a Type-C port, why not update it in the meantime? It could still be years before motherboards change the USB header...
