I'm selling my Flex Mini (which lacks a power button, you can check an old post in this thread for the photos) with a 400 W Flex ATX PSU for 100$ via PayPal. Let me know if anyone is interested.
I don't wanna go so far as accuse @sergiiua of selling us false promises but mismeasurements sound like mistakes on ESI Metals side. Custom Mod's QC when approves such mismeasurements, that's when things get crooked. Forgetting to ship a power button is understandable but entirely missing a...
It was the full price for a Stainless Steel body. One with aluminum is pricier but with steel it's much cheaper. I did pay what would be the full price for a production SS case.
I can always use a Silverstone USB 3.0 adapter to externally turn the PC on. Definitely, there are workarounds but I want to see what @sergiiua has to say about it. His photos of the prototype show the view from side or front and it's a reasonable assumption a thing as basic as a power button...
But missing a power button opening? Hardly something you could call a quality issue. More like ignorance on part of the designer. A little disappointing to be honest.
Stupid me I actually forgot I need to receive the power button! More so, the case has no opening for it. This is definitely concerning.
While there are workarounds to it, I would like to know why there is no power button opening and the power button in the package @sergiiua ?
My Flex Mini SS arrived yesterday! Opened it up but couldn't build in immediately since I am still waiting for my GPU and PSU.
Here are my initial impressions:
- The packaging was awesome! Ridiculous amounts of foam and polystyrene sheets make it tough to damage the case. Good job at that.

I love the design but what would be the point of using an ATX mobo if you can't use other PCie slots? Maybe someone can shed light on my lack of knowledge or ignorance.
HDD, more RAM slots are the only potential advantages I can think of honestly.
Expected cost was 39$ for the chassis. Riser cable and shipping ofcourse will increase the overall cost.
Riser cable - 30
Shipping - 30
I believe these are the costs.
I contacted Sergii who offered me the only prototype piece he had so it isn't in production yet. But you can contact him and request another prototype to be produced. I was in luck honestly. But he will accommodate your request im sure .
Just wanted to update the Flex followers that Sergii has shipped me the Steel prototype. The wait starts, hoping to have it in my hands soon! I plan to write an in-depth review on the prototype.
Also waiting for my PSU from Geeek, hopefully all comes soon and in good shape!!
