    S4MAX: Brickless S4M w/ 3090 FE and R9 5950x - 800W, 5l, water cooled

Very interesting indeed. Appears to have two ports, on the same side though… the old school Annihilator came with four ports, allowing for either both lines going in on one side or a cross/through connection.

    S4MAX: Brickless S4M w/ 3090 FE and R9 5950x - 800W, 5l, water cooled

That's pretty awesome indeed, and also looking rather decent (I prefer carbon over RBG any day of the week!) - that said: I'm working on something smaller - 205x115mm ;)

    S4MAX: Brickless S4M w/ 3090 FE and R9 5950x - 800W, 5l, water cooled

Yeah... it's that time of the year... thinking intel though... and looking at this and that, 800w appears to be a feasible envelope! Just looks like FEs would not have made it to Europe as of yet... virtually unobtainable...

Update #2: The Summer '22 edition of my ventilation layout! As many here note, cooling the Supermicro PSU is a challenge in it's own right - and who would have ever thought that cooling PSUs would become an ongoing issue? So, after having moved from a super-silent tiny Noctua 40mm whisper fan...

    S4MAX: Brickless S4M w/ 3090 FE and R9 5950x - 800W, 5l, water cooled

No worries - problem already solved 🥳 Just need to get to posting an update! And as a little teaser: All key components including the PSU stay the same (no reason to undo any mods…)- and it involves cramming more stuff into the very same enclosure, so it shouldn’t disappoint!
