The V4 has thread in the feet. The ones pictured just have holes so I guess the v4 use threads inside the case and the screws goes from the outside in where the v3 screws go inside out, but thats just a guess as I only have the v3 myself. I use these 3D printed spacers...

I fear that will be or an extremely tight fit or impossible. To install my M.2 extender and maka a 180° bend in the cable was already a very tight fit and required me to put quite some pressure on the motherboard to mount it. Adding a connector on top of the PCB seems a bit to much without...

The threads are in the bracket so drilling holes should be sufficient. Bare in mind that the holes are concaved for the screws to fit flush otherwise the case won't close properly.

Have you checked if any BIOS update is available for your motherboard ? That might fix the XMP issue.

As far as I know it's a relay click. When powering on the PSU, the relay makes contact and when you power off it breaks contact. Most high quality PSU's do it so it's a good sign ;)
