I bought a 20cm one on AliExpress... Works fine. Same cable.

Have you checked if any BIOS update is available for your motherboard ? That might fix the XMP issue.

As far as I know it's a relay click. When powering on the PSU, the relay makes contact and when you power off it breaks contact. Most high quality PSU's do it so it's a good sign ;)

Well, this is it then, my solution on dropping the M.2 temps in my system. Before it was the Samsung 970PRO 512GB mounted on the rear of the motherboard, resulting in high 70's temps under load. Now, with this setup, bringing the M.2 to the front using a ADT-Link cable, adding a EK cooler and...

Knowing the V4 case comes with a ADT riser cable it will not be PCI-E 4.0 compatible but as far as I know the rtx cards are PCI-E 3.0 (unless they changed it in the super series) so it won't be an issue. Even for PCI-E 4.0 cards there isn't really any performance loss at the moment. Though...

Large gpu strugles lol Mine runs 100% silent idle (all fans off) and only 1 fan slow when idle on hot days. Once I game all fans kick in and it's ok loud. Had way worse gpu coolers... All depends on how you want to route the cables. I always used stock sf600 24-pin and eps running the cables...

There, thats done, now I just need a better blower fan and some smaler screws (because the PCB is bending) to get this thing going. This is printed in PETG so thermal resistance of ±80°c. This should be enough as it doesn't make direct contact with the NVME...

Yeah, it realy comes down to setup. Since I use an external g-unique PSU and put a h55 aio instead of my sf600 with 545lc that part of the case greatly dropped in temperature since the air from the rad pushes directly on the gpu backplate (gtx1080ti ftw3) but the area above the motherboard/gpu...

Blowers tend to be louder as they use a single higher rpm fan and build up pressure. Though, in a small case like the dan, they do have the advantage of pulling air through the side panel and exhausting through the back of the case. This prevents exhausted hot air to be pulled back into the...

If I had to guess, the frond USB-C headers can't deliver enough power. Might be the mobo header causing this. As it uses the basic USB 3.0 header on the motherboard, this might occur with the normal USB port on the v3 etc too.

I'm glad I understand some German 😁 You're doing that quite well though.

Having one m.2 in the backside of the motherboard is asking for high temps and possible thermal throttling of the m.2 drive (ask me how I know). Thats why front mounted m.2 + ssd would be the way to go for me. Second drive is storage most of the time anyway. I got a 512gb 970pro on the...

Yeah, Pci-express x16 cards are standarized so it should fit perfectly. If it were different it wouldn't fit in any case/motherboard. First, unscrew the riser connector, second remove the small cover for the gpu i/o shield mount. Once thats done, it should fit without an issue. Only if a...

I'm running a delidded 7700K (temp spike edition) with a Corsair H55 and I think thats about the same thing. As I don't have my external PSU at the moment I can't close the case to measure exactly but I think it won't be far off. It is a very compact case with high-end specs so you can't expect...

For PCI-E 4.0 the riser cable needs to be less than a certain length, otherwise it should have an active retimer to keep the PCI-E 4.0 bandwith. As PCI-E 4.0 on RX5700 cards has proven make about 0% difference, it shouldn't be an issue to set PCI-E bandwith to PCI-E 3.0 in the BIOS to make use...
