    Other What's on Taobao

I wish it was a tad bit bigger and allowed you to fit a HWL GTS 280mm on top reliably, I have heard of people having a hard time fitting it in the winter one which sits at 160mm.

Concept 92mm Distro Plate with DDC Pump and Reservoir

I think the goal is the mount the distro plate on the inside where people usually place a 92mm fan. I think you should have enough space if you push any side radiators all the way to the front. As for M3 vs M4, I think M3 is more than enough, bicycle parts are held together by M3 screws.

Concept 92mm Distro Plate with DDC Pump and Reservoir

I think this would be pretty sweet since it lets you use a better-performing CPU cooler instead of something like the Barrow Pump/Res and Aquanaut. I took apart the water cooling in my M1 but I was wondering if tube routing was going to be a problem with a 240 side rad.

Production Meshlicious Redesign - Vertical, 280AIO mainstream case

If you are in Canada I would suggest looking into self-clearing your package to save some money. You can do it at a CBSA and there is usually no one in line. UPS and FedEx are notorious for slapping you with "brokerage fees".

    Concept 8L 240mm Idea

I like the idea, I think the best way to do it would be with a vertical GPU giving you ~220mm if you add some feet onto the case and use a right angle adapter from the bottom. The main issue is a single 240mm radiator would not do a great job cooling a 3080 + CPU. Ideally you: (1) hook the FE...

Discussion N1 Idle Noise: AIO, Air, or Custom Loop?

I think that pumps can also be near-silent at idle as well. My apartment definitely has some noise pollution so it makes it even better. For example the NZXT Kraken can go as low as 800 RPM, the same thing with a PWM pump in a custom loop. At idle you probably dont even need that much flow for...

Discussion N1 Idle Noise: AIO, Air, or Custom Loop?

That is a good point, different fans are more pleasing than others for sure. It probably comes back to the human audibility curve and how lower frequency sounds are harder to hear, that's also why pump noise might bother some people so much. Essentially what you are saying though is that I just...

Discussion N1 Idle Noise: AIO, Air, or Custom Loop?

I ordered an NCASE M1 and I am looking to build a computer that is relatively quiet at idle and still has good temps when gaming ( noise is less important as I wear headphones ). I am looking at my options for cooling and luckily M1AF has some good guides out there. One thing I could not find...

    Concept FormD T1 V2.0

Wait is this going to be a verticle case or horizontal? I was expecting it to be similar to the T1 but include more mesh based on the renders.

Enclosure Smallest Case That Fits a 280mm Rad?

Yeah, I think it was posted the day after my post but that is essentially what I had in mind. I would prefer it if it was horizontal instead of vertical as I am not strapped for space. We will probably see more 280mm rad cases now that components are getting bigger and hotter.

Enclosure Smallest Case That Fits a 280mm Rad?

I agree it was a janky calculation on my part, but I just took the area of the base of the Winter One (3.22 x 1.6) and added a few mm onto the height of the FormD T1 (2.2) => 3.22 x 1.6 x 2.2 = 11.33 In hindsight, this might not have been the best way to calculate it. I am sure it would be...

Enclosure Smallest Case That Fits a 280mm Rad?

Thanks for the suggestion, that is a nice looking case! I think it ticks almost all of the boxes except being a split sandwich case.

Enclosure Smallest Case That Fits a 280mm Rad?

As I dive down the SFF rabbit hole I began to wonder what the smallest case that could accommodate a 280mm radiator is? I was hoping to find a horizontal sandwich layout case, something along the lines of a FormD T1 or a Ghost S but being able to fit a bigger radiator. Essentially I am looking...
