I have the gigabyte LP gtx1650 and it doesnt have a zero rpm mode, but its mostly inaudible over other components on other system. at load it does get loud, but only if youre sitting close to it, as I am. either way it is 'ok' I de-shrouded the gpu and put a single 92mm slim noctua fan in there...

does it make sense to keep the 3060 only for 1080p? i mean, if its for 1080p but high refresh rate (120hz to 240hz), or 60fps on max with RTX then it could probably make sense and still game reasonably well at 1440p, maybe a bit lower on texture. but it still should have what, 8gigs? maybe 7...

depend on where you live. I'm not sure if we will get like, 3070 in itx for a while, as these card will be very hot, but that's no impossible. but as far as I remember, there were always at least one smaller card in the latest launch lineup. But I'm not sure what to expect, really. these cards...
