Follow-up on P2.20B (the ACS build I shared above) - I decompiled the IFR from the ROM and cross-checked on my live box (5650G).
Suspend: acpidump/iasl shows Name(XS3) in DSDT, not _S3. Kernel only exposes mem_sleep = [s2idle]. That matches @Aleo's note that the BIOS presents Modern Standby...

I turned on Curve Optimizer and the option seems to stick, but DrNick seems to be doing more complex config than that so I'm afraid I can't say.
Support are really helpful over email. @Dr. Nick if you let them know the steps to reproduce the issue, they would probably fix it for us in a few days.
I filled in this form, then received a reply from ASRock Netherlands, who relayed my request to Engineering in Taiwan. They were helpful and it was quick.
I was concerned about relaying issues I didn't really understand. If you know what you're talking about, I would definitely reach out to them via email. I got an IOMMU compatible BIOS back for 1.90 in just a few days.
X300 BIOS 1.90C with a 5650G supports PCIe/GFX lane bifurcation: x16, x8x8, and x8x4x4. Does that mean I can run multiple NVME drives of each m.2 slot (at a lower bandwidth)?
It's not clear what the bifurcation does on a board without a PCI slot.
Is the consensus that 2.00 takes away features? I was tempted to ask support for an IOMMU capable version when it's properly released, but won't bother if it removes useful features vs 1.9x
I've not used curve optimiser before, would it be useful for reducing power draw for an always-on server...
Crucial Ballistix BL2K16G32C16S4B 3200 MHz (16GB x2). Settings via XMP profile.
I exported the BIOS and tried to use a dump tool to and convert it to text but wasn't successful.
Tested 1.90C with 5650G, IOMMU groups are good. Memtest crashes causes a reboot about 75% of the way through. CPU temp is ~60. No messages, just reboot. On a 3200G it reboots earlier.
On the 3200G, it was fine with lower RAM clock (2666). The 5650G supports 3200 though - what's the advice for...
