Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

Using the vented top panel piece I have a EVGA 1080 TI Hybrid 120x25mm fan/rad mounted on top exhausting. Only worked with the vented top panel becuase I could move it off center closer to side panel away from motherboard. The rad/fan barely fit between the power plug entering in the back and...

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

I know the evga ftw3 air cooled and aio hybrid fit. But if you are looking at adding a waterblock like the EK-FC1080 GTX TI FTW3 RGB cooler it will depend on the size of the waterblock cooler, the EK one I just mentioned looks to me to be a bit too big. From the bottom edge of the card to side...

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

Since you've tried a different psu/rma'd your motherboard, the things i'd try next is using a different sata cable to your os drive ( yes I've had this exact thing happen to me where you can't figure out whats wrong since it could be many things and you never think to try the darn sata cable...

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

@KSliger On the website for ordering full panel windows for the Cerebus X (ATX) it looks like it puts the panels in for the Cerebus (microATX) into the cart, at least for black and red it does when I tried. After adding window panel under Cerebus X, also adding a panel under the Cerebus just...

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

Just a thought, but you could always see if the case screws above and below the fan on the bottome of the psu line up with the front vent holes and maybe use those to carefully screw it to the front panel instead of anchoring to the top giving you the freedom to move it down as long as there is...

I believe you are limited to 48 mm height for CPU cooler with a atx power supply.

@KSliger I was wondering if there's a update on the windowed side panels that you can give us seeing as how they still haven't shipped?

Your img links aren't working.... As I said 1 of the 2 you can only use 2 screws to mount it unless you drill the other 2 holes yourself. Here is a link to pics of my build where I have two 120 rads mounted on the side, only using 2 screws on the rear rad since I didn't drill the other two...

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

If you rear mount a power supply you can get a 1 fan radiator on the side. If you mount the power supply in front you have 260mm of room roughly, all the 240mm rads i've seen are 272+mm so just a little to long to fit. You can however fit 2x 120mm standing up side by side on the side bracket and...

I was curious if you've tried that setup with the side gpu AIO as exhaust instead of intake with a rear fan intake? And if so what was the vrm temps like? A fully utilized hybrid gpu dumps a lot of heat out of the rad, I always prefer to exhaust a hybrid gpu rather than use it as intake.

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

@KSliger Would it be possible to get a front vented panel as a special order seeing as there is no plans for it as a normal item?

@KSliger Is there still plans for a vented front panel?

@anonbot This case doesn't have drive bays. If you click on page one you can see the case and get links to stats. @Johnny0971 It would probably work but it would be tight with cables coming out of power supply. At that point I'd recommend just putting it on the front if the side was too tight...

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

@nemotron The power cables are stiff but u can bend them right after the power connector... Ex. I got a evga 1080ti hybrid 3 FTW in mine, had to bend the power cables over right at connector to make the card fit. The tubing barely fits putting a little pressure maybe against side panel as well...
