Furthermore, another point of interest, at 10:42 of the video, the cooler orientation seems to be in (4), based on Noctua diagram. Don't know if that will make a big difference though.
Your point is valid on "GPU" temp. M&M's review temps are on CPUs.
I think it can make a difference to the CPU temp depending on the CPU cooler. Bottom fan exhaust could be okay if the CPU cooler fan is pulling air in (i.e. downward blowing fan on to the CPU), similar to a GPU. But for coolers...
LOL, I just re-watch the video and seems that M&M has made a mistake in the fans configuration. The bottom fans should be pulling air from the bottom of the case. But he has installed it to blow air out at the desk..., probably explains why he had some "strange" results. Just unfortunate 🥺

Double radiator (top and bottom) is ALREADY supported by Steck case (with double top hat). You may want to look at that. I think it is more appropriate to offer this kind of feature in a expandable case like Steck, as demand for double radiator is super niche, and common users will want to look...
longest 4090 is about 370mm (Asus ones). For 360mm AIO, radiator length is about 360+35 ~395mm, and will probably need case length of 410mm (leaving room at both ends). This kind of length will only look nicer in vertical layout. But we have earlier comments that vertical case is not preferable...
Meshed metal sheets are pretty standard raw material and is a relatively cheap way of making panels. This provides good airflow without filters (saves cost for those slide-in frames of the filters). Maybe one disadvantage is that it is relatively weak structurally (if made thin) and that's why...
What kind of price range do you accept for rounded corner style? I fear that will be close to T1 price at least... Seems NR200 is really killing it with its price...
Just done a couple quick renders. Please let me know which shape you prefer.
Dimensions: 380x280x185mm, 19.7L.
1) Boxy mesh - a bit common?
2) Rounded corners (with similar mesh panels) - more unique, but probably higher cost
Lets have your feedback on this :

Lets share your thoughts of your preference between horizontal vs vertical layout. I would have thought vertical layout can save some foot print size? Or a big put off from difficult to access IO ports?
I probably won't go glass panels for new models, even as optional add on. It's one more item and hassle to handle in terms of operation and logistics, and not worth it that is getting even less desired by users.
