    An additional question: Where are you stealing 3.3 and 5v for the black and yellow cables for the riser card? Or is the conversion handled on the riser, and you're just splitting a 12v and ground wire to the riser card input. In which case, any specifics on how which wire you chose to split from?

    I actually messed around with a 10% and 20% scaled version of the original case that would need to be 3d printed. Those solved the issue of having to use the ASRock deskmini motherboard. I think the 10% would just barely fit the m-itx motherboard, and the 20% could even fit an sfx power supply...

    Could you show how you wired up the 8 pin to the 12v on the power supply? Did you just split 2 16gauge wires to the 3x12v portions of the PCIe 8 pin plug? And is there a single ground...etc.
