there are much better cases that have a similar layout. this one looks like an lzmod case with terrible airflow.

the 4060 ti is apparently coming out in about a month so there should be compatible itx coolers available in short order.

the single fan heatsink is absolutely fine. there is also a compatible dual fan heatsink available on taobao and i think aliexpress as well.

The Jiushark Diamond JF13K is a dual 120mm down-draft cooler. This is a fairly uncommon style of cooler. There don't seem to be any actual reviews yet. Link

it definitely says that, but i don't see it in the photos or on the drawings. i guess it makes sense since there are only 2 g1/8 plugs included. the other side would just be open threaded holes.
