Maybe a bit late. I just did the change and all seems to work as expected. I used an adapter from AliExpress as I'm from Europe (this one, ordered both types just in case). Used the Noctua NF-A9x14 HS-PWM chromax.black.swap. Total cost, around 25€, total time less than 30 minutes. Thank you...
