I am searching an testing PSUs and cases since 5 months, in that time I bought about ten different PSUs SFX or Flex or TFX. In production we use Seasonic only. Everything beside Seasonic it tested was somehow crap or very loud. I found out to avoind TFX or Flex, but now I need a very silent Flex...

If I understand right the Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac allows to splitt the one PCIe slots with a Rise Cable to two or eventually even 3 PCIe connectors. Wich means 16x -> 8x + 8x or 16x -> 8x + 4x + 4x Read in specs...
