Concept 2in1 Transformer Case: 7L Desktop to 20L Tower; ITX, vertical GPU ≤376mm, CPU cooler ≤181mm, ATX PSU ≤165mm, 280mm+140mm radiator

Here are the things I am having doubts/problems with and would like your advice/opinion: Power button placement in tower form factor. Currently the button is at the bottom of the case. This is probably not great for functionality but it fits with minimalistic design. I have decided to present...

Concept 2in1 Transformer Case: 7L Desktop to 20L Tower; ITX, vertical GPU ≤376mm, CPU cooler ≤181mm, ATX PSU ≤165mm, 280mm+140mm radiator

CURRENTLY WORKING ON: The rail system that can move motherboard/GPU tray up/down and left/right. I would like to find a ready-made system that has a solid feel because the one I designed seems too simplistic.

Concept 2in1 Transformer Case: 7L Desktop to 20L Tower; ITX, vertical GPU ≤376mm, CPU cooler ≤181mm, ATX PSU ≤165mm, 280mm+140mm radiator

How I got the idea? A long time ago I started looking for a small form factor PC case with specific requirements in mind. Since I wasn't able to find what I was looking for, I decided to sketch a layout with these requirements. That layout ultimately developed in a case concept. The concept I...

Concept [IDEA] Small footprint Tower case with Vertically orientated Full-length GPU and NO visible Vents

I finally found some time to work on this project. The first idea I had was abandoned. I am currently working on a case that combines a case with sandwich layout and a case with motherboard mounted on the front/back of the case. Since I went through four cases in under six years, I decided to...

[HELP] Need case with vertically orientated full-length GPU so that it occupies small surface area

I have completely missed this case. The dimensions are basically perfect (140 x 186 x 379 mm, up to 320 mm long GPU, 10 l) but I don't like that it is heavily vented. I am now trying to come up with a PC case layout that would be closed at the front, top and on the sides of the case. That...

Concept [IDEA] Small footprint Tower case with Vertically orientated Full-length GPU and NO visible Vents

Unless ATX PSU cannot fit in that space, I don't see much benefit of going SFX or flex ATX at this point. Does anyone know how much space is needed for ATX PSU cable management? There is about 24 mm of empty space between the back of the PSU and GPU. I can always put SFX PSU into a space for...

Concept [IDEA] Small footprint Tower case with Vertically orientated Full-length GPU and NO visible Vents

Since I wasn't able to find the perfect case that would fill all requirements I had, I decided to sketch a layout for the case which has small area footprint that is mostly quadratic (depth and width are similar), does not have vents at the front, top or on the sides of the case, supports...

[HELP] Need case with vertically orientated full-length GPU so that it occupies small surface area

I have found another case on Taobao. Abee AS Enclosure RS07 (249 x 249 x 429 mm; GPU length up to 280 mm; 26,5 l) - This case is actually Made in Japan although I found it on taobao. It is very similar to Jonsbo VR1 and aboStudio's Bunker case but it seems that the designer of this case...

[HELP] Need case with vertically orientated full-length GPU so that it occupies small surface area

Thanks for layout sketches. A case with 235mm depth would work pretty well for me. I actually set maximum case depth at 280mm because that is half of my desk's depth. Since I sometimes put large files on the desk (350mm), having a case shorter than 280mm would mean that those files would stick...

[HELP] Need case with vertically orientated full-length GPU so that it occupies small surface area

Personally, I would put vents at the bottom and on the back of the case. Not every case needs to look good from all visible sides, and a lot of people will put their cases next to a wall. I think that increasing case's width to around 200mm (so that it occupies around 200 x 200mm surface area...

[HELP] Need case with vertically orientated full-length GPU so that it occupies small surface area

Silverstone FT03 mini is compatible with GPUs up to 254mm long. I would like a case that accepts slightly longer cards than that (I believe full-length PCI cards are 312mm long) so that I don't have to worry too much about GPU length when I decide to upgrade (it seems like GPU length keeps...

Geeek A30 finding a graphics card that fit!!!

Well, if you are going with RTX 2060 I guess these cards are your options. Minus the Zotac ones. Also, the card on Geek A30 mini page looks like MSI GeForce GTX 1060 AERO ITX and that card's dimensions are 175 x 115 x 38 mm.

[HELP] Need case with vertically orientated full-length GPU so that it occupies small surface area

NEED RECOMMENDATIONS for cases with vertically orientated GPUs like Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Shift and Chimera MachOne. Hi everyone! This is my first post here. For the last few days I have been looking for small form factor PC cases that have small area footprint while supporting full-length...
