if I were to have the mobo from a Lenovo P360 Tiny with a 12700T or 12900T, how could I secure a proper tower cooler if I made a chassis to fit the board?
I'm asking as the only answer that comes to me is carefully positioning the cooler on the CPU after putting down some permanent adhesive...
ahhh...yes, does better in Chrome. is there any way to avoid having to login when you do a search? doesn't translate the pop up box so no idea what to click to bypass if you can. :p
I'm looking for inspiration...but I'm curious to find out more about the ITX chassis on there that looks like...
oooh...stumbled upon another thin ITX mobo, from Asus, the H310T R2.0:

it's kinda sad all the thin STX boards are ancient and running the 1xx series chipsets. :(
T processors are nice...but they're quite handicapped against the full desktop brethren. just looking at passmark or geekbench 4 and 5 scores shows this. of course, the full on desktop CPU's aren't as friendly for tight spaces, heat and power consumption...so I do get it.
a quick question. what...
well...after reading your post, I Googled 'MSI Super Mini' and it came up with this RTX 2060 Super Aero:

that's le awesome. are there any other photo's of it? I'm kinda sad that they wasted so much space in the i/o area...could have added another video out or 4 more USB ports or 2 more USB and another Gb NIC...le sigh.
here's an article on new mITX GTX 1660 Super's from Asus and Gigabyte. I like the Gb most...no big dorky DVI port.

there should be news shortly on mITX GTX 1650 Super's too...
well, to show what Kingston has...here are their vlp non-ECC DDR4 2666mhz and 2933mhz options:

seems they don't have product pages any more and you go straight to PDF datasheets now. :P
