Well I still don't see interest of such large GPU, especially as you are getting all GPU power with FE (3 slots) models.
OEM have clearly some design improvement to be achieved to keep GPU size reasonible.
I also think atx mb are better than mini itx…;)
Issue is that your gpu is too large for N-ATX or too long for Cerberus-X…that’s why I was mainly focused on FE edition GPU..:)
This half-size expansion slot for 1st PCIe slot would be a great addition for N-ATX v3..:D (You already know I'm supporting this idea since long time..:))
There is indeed enough space above GPU (see below RTX 4080 FE) and below CPU cooler..:D
Here I did with 2 slots GPU. No issue as you can adjust space between side panel & GPU.
Sorry : Misunderstood your question..:) You need either a riser or DIY direct rear exit (as stated below by @riba2233)
This 12vhpwr adapter is, for sure, bulky/ugly, but it fits fine within N-ATX (I did it too with my setup). On some other cases (like my Cerberus-X), it is almost mandatory to use a entire alternative cable.
Well personnaly, for aircooling inside N-ATX v2, I prefer Nvidia GPU FE passthrough and SFX-L PSU in order to smooth/ease airflow & cable management ..:D
I've just posted a new build log today regarding my N-ATX v2. Today I am testing its maintenance and its capacity to replace parts individually!

Thanks for this testing!
We do agree on the performance of the AXP120-67..:) In my setup, I was impressed by its capabilities to handle/tame my R7 5800X (PBO -30, approx 120W).
You just demonstrated it is best air cpu cooler (AXP 120-67+ 120mmx25mm fan) for N-ATX!
Thanks again!
PS : I also...
