It will work if you find a way to secure it inside the case. Just double sided tape against the back of the front panel will work. And a way to connect it to power. COOJ hasn't offered any mounting bracket for this.

Last day of April today. Black never got in stock. I don't understand the huge uncertainty in expected stock dates. Is there a scenario here where the black never gets in stock, and the MQ6 ends up out of stock completely, and I end up with no MQ6 at all because I wait for black color?

@COOJ You said black color was expected in December. Now it's March. No black have been in stock. Is it just a long delay, or will they actually come in stock one day?

Do you have an updated ETA for black versions of MQ4/MQ5/MQ6? December passed, and I haven't seen them in stock yet.

There are some pictures here: Seems like the motherboard spine is redesigned to bend itself at the top instead of directly attach to the solid spacer part of the case, as before. Unclear how I should describe it, but I think it is visible in the pictures.

I'm also waiting for black version, mainly MQ4/MQ6. Are they planned/coming?

If you decide to support the 250W HDPlex GaN (for MQ4, MQ5, MQ6), then maybe you can find a backward compatible solution using a bracket secured at the bottom in the two existing holes. So same mounting holes the current Flex PSU bracket, just for the HDPlex instead. Would make previous buyers...

Hasn't been listed there for a year I think, so that doesn't mean much. Word was from COOJ himself that a new batch was coming. But it didn't so far. I guess only people on the Chinese QQ group would know at this point, if the cases return or are cancelled for good.

These AliEpress sellers don't have them in stock, even if they write that they are in stock... That's my experience so far, after having asked them. Although I haven't asked this particular seller. Maybe you asked? Anyway, I think we would all appreciate an explanation to as to why these cases...

Well, no restock of any of the models so far.

I have a bad feeling about the restock.

If the pattern continues, the APU:s show up in mobile variant first, then arrive in desktop variant much later. Could be late 2025 for the desktop variant, if they even decide to release it. Seems like a long uncertain wait to me.

May 2023 was around the last time the case was available. After that, it went out of stock. If it comes back in stock now in May 2024, that's good news.

I assume it's no problem to use the PSU in flipped position, i.e. with connectors facing down? There's still space for connected cables to bend?
