Great review and as tinyitx said, valuable info that's hard to find elsewhere. I normally wouldn't consider this PSU simply based on gold naming (purely out of ignorance on my end...)

This is exactly what I was planning to build (although I was considering going even smaller/quieter with a 4060). Excited to see the end result.

Judging by Dan's comment, isn't the issue the full size gpu? Is there that much difference in measurements with mini itx mobo and cpus? I would probably eventually go for am4 socket, either Ryzen 5 2600 or if the wait is long enough, the newer zens out this year. However, I'm not married to...
