Production Meshlicious Redesign - Vertical, 280AIO mainstream case

Any ETA on mesh panels for sale in the US? I saw them for sale/sold out on newegg briefly but the listing seems to be completely gone, even though full mesh cases are in stock.

Still working out what cable to get - does this mean that up/down cables generally fit better than right angle ones?

Wondering the same for DP 1.4 cables. Most I've seen on Amazon have pretty mixed reviews. I did find a post somewhere recommending this adapter: https://www.av-connection.com/?PNo=LDY41333 If this fits and is reliable this could be great cause it would work with any cable.

I wanted the black edition with no RGB, no 280 option available there yet. Based on some tests I've seen the 240 performs on par with some 280 models anyways, so seems like a good choice.

Yeah so maybe even that one fits - but in general the idea holds that 4 slot mode should work fine for pretty much all AIO pumps in terms of space.

I think fans pulling in on the inside for 2 reasons: 1. More room for tube routing and bending which is often tougher with radiator on the inside (PCWorld video confirms this too) 2. Better thermals in testing from previous cases such as the Ncase M1. I assume the same holds true here but at...

Yeah for sure. I'm planning on using an EK 240 AIO which they've confirmed works in 4 slot mode according to the FAQ

Anyone planning on building in 4 slot mode right out of the gate just to leave more space for GPU airflow and future compatibility without having to shift it later? Wondering what the downside might be to just doing that at the start.

    B550 boards don't support gen 4 PCI-E

Ah yeah, that is a useful diagram. So mounting it in position 2 would leave a gap that should probably be enough, as it seems the PSUs dont heat up too much nowadays anyways. At least with my current SF600, the fan is rarely running even under some load.

Made an account to join in here: I was thinking the same thing except I realized an SF750 would need to be mounted with the fan/intake side outwards, to the left (as per OT's video). Seems like that tempered glass panel would starve that intake, but would love to hear any other take on that...
