    Motherboard [16/05/2025]ASRock DeskMini A/X300 BIOS - "P2.10.SL02"(Curve Optimizer fixed & native S3) & "P2.10B"(ACS) & "P2.10" for X300 - AGESAv2 Pi "1.2.0.E"

I can't help but get excited...... Can't wait to put a 8700G into one of these to replace my A300...... The iGPU is as fast as a GTX1650, and in some cases the GTX1060.

Respectfully, I disagree..... For me, the most stable BIOS version for the A300, for me, is the 3.60S. I've been running it for years and as a service to other community members, I will be hosting it indefinitely on my G drive. A300 3.60S BIOS No, I will not be responsible for ANY damages it...

Can you elaborate on what we need to do? Where do we send the petition/email? Who do we write to? What do we write? Etc..... Thanks. 👍

I'm surprised more people hasn't tried this BIOS 3.60U. I've since found another download location. They're the same file, really..... https://botflakes.de/asrockwiki/docs/bios/deskmini/ Edit: Can someone check the AGESA version for BIOS 3.70B?

Yeah any laptop power supply from 12-20V should work. If you know which wires are positive and negative, you can even change/cut the wires and re-use the connector from the old power brick. Edit: Thank you really for the link. I found that model being sold at my local marketplace for $15 and...

If somebody can prove it, we might get a new AGESA version indeed. But I have kinda settled in with my 4650G PRO and with 16GB 3200 MHz DDR4 memory now I think this machine is already souped up to the max. I don't think I'll be doing anymore upgrades in the future. Just use this for another 2-3...

Yeppp, did that.... Been switching between OSes and your solution seems to do the trick, for now. 👍

Thank you. I was also able to change the BIOS time and I will be watching if this fixes the problem. 👍 Edit: Okay, at least I have isolated that the problem I'm having is because I'm switching between different OSes. Manjaro, Ubuntu and Windows. So far I have run the above command in both...

Hello, I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but my A300 seems to be always on the wrong timezone. Doesn't matter which OS I load, the timezone would initially load GMT, and after 10-30 minutes, it would revert to the correct timezone. The A300 doesn't have CMOS battery on the...

I don't have such LAN problem. A300 solved the issue with installing the drivers from Asrock's website, I think I used the one from Realtek's unified Win 10 driver.

The S3/sleep mode problem has been extensively discussed several pages ago. I initially increased the voltage to get my system stable to 3600 MHz but it failed. Anyway, 1.35V is still safe voltage for DDR4. Even the packaging says it's the rated XMP voltage. :D Update: Running my RAM at 1.2V...

Update: My Team memory sticks arrived and I've done stress testing the shiit out of it. Turns out they're rated 3200 MHz and they are not stable at 3600 MHz, no matter what timings I set them to (max on the A300 is 25-25-25-58). I wish I can set the voltage to 1.40V but I doubt my system can be...

For Ryzen systems, 3600 MHz DDR4 memory is recommended because that's the highest frequency the infinity fabric can also run at. And you can actually benchmark games to prove this. Anything higher than 3600 MHz might actually have lower fps. Hello @gustav, hello other old timers..... I haven't...

Does anyone know for sure if A300 is compatible with Ryzen 5000 series APUs? They will be out in August. https://wccftech.com/amd-ryzen-pro-5000g-cezanne-ryzen-7-5750g-ryzen-5-5650g-ryzen-3-5350g-retail-zen-3-desktop-apus-tested/

Did you buy just the motherboard without the casing?
