That's pretty much the response I got back from them this morning. Maybe they only have dealings with DHL? I use Fedex at work for critical overseas shipments, and haven't had many problems with them. Would you be willing to talk in private about using a more economical shipping service?

I see on the back that you have a cutout for mounting a IEC C14 jack, but how would I be able to mount the DC input jack of a HDPLEX 160W if I plan on going the external laptop AC adapter route? I'm sure someone could easily 3D print an adapter of sorts

I am definitely eyeing the all-black one for my new HTPC. Looking good! Is it pretty much confirmed that there will be no front or side I/O ports? Not that it's going to stop me from purchasing. I'll use a USB hub and USB sound card if I have to. Also, I hope that the power led will be subdued...

I'm loving the design so far. There is indeed a lack of APU-only cases on the market, so I don't think you'll have much problem finding a consumer base. I just need a basic machine for Steam In-House Streaming and Kodi, and buying NUC kits just feels that I'm putting my skills to waste :) Just...
