I've had this problem when I first put my build together. A MB bios update fixed my issue.

I think a limited run should have been communicated better. Knowing another updated version coming so soon after the initial release makes me hesitant to ever order the first fun of any new case release.

Welp, since the Strix B550I is having compatibility issues with 4000 series cards I had to find another board for now. Picked up a used Aorus X570SI and had to downgrade the Black Ridge with my L9I. Things are slightly noisier and a few celsius higher but at least no more crashes.

I can't imagine it effects the PSU at all. The PSU fans rarely kick on.

Didn't like the heat my 3080 was outputting even when undervolting so I opted for a 4070. This card really is meant for SFF. No matter what I play, it won't break 70c and the fans stay around 1300-1500rpm under load.

I've been building in this case for about 9 months. Was originally a 5600x/3070FE but I couldn't help myself to add a bit more. Current undervolts: 5800x3D PPT 120, TDC 70, EDC 105 with a PBO All Core Curve at -20. Gaming maxes in the low 70's. 3080FE 1800MHz @ 850mV. Hovers in the mid 70's...

Ah, I see what you're saying. Not much space (3-5mm?) but the exhaust fans definitely compensate. Fans never reach max or even high.
