As someone in the US I don't think any of those AIB cards that fit without deshrouding are actually sold here. So I'd prefer to get the 13.37L version and just try to get a 4090FE or go AMD.

I did a custom loop in mine and it's kind of messy, but with no side panel window it doesn't bother me. There were definitely some clearance issues I ran into with the parts I picked. My bottom rad is basically touching the front panel connectors and that also made using the usb 3.0 header...

Mounting an asetek aio like that isn't recommended. There's a tiny amount of air in them and laying flat on the bottom with tubes facing up, the air isn't leaving the pump/block. The pump is too weak for that.
