It should be fine honestly, comparing a similar product is pretty much the norm, go to any case thread here and you will see endless "this looks like a X case"

I have really been wanting to see a 360mm AIO SFF build! I look forward to see where this goes, I would however like to have it laying down instead of standing up (even if it is just to provide threaded holes for the user to install their own standoffs for laying it down)
