It depends on motherboard. Asrock states 80W max for example, that will be the maximum power draw allowed to the CPU. If the CPU can boost beyond that, then it will be capped at 80W.
it just looks like the Asrock's ones. Must be a regular 4pins EPS (onboard) and the external one must be a 12V lockable. Supermicro has 12V lockable bricks, at least up to 180W, they are FSP made.
My A2000 12G reported 60C during gaming on the memory (when I tested it). Dunno if they fixed something with the 12G model or if the previous owner copper modded it....

Hope that Nvidia/AMD will realise, from all those nice builds that have been highlighted recently, that there's a real need for a small, "cheap" and efficient GPU.
