Good to know at least, maybe I'll just migrate my spare machine with a 3070 instead and have the Slate as a Htpc/gaming. Good thing the paint was just plastidip, from white to original paint in no time. Still a great case, but nothing can be perfect.

If only I had that much space available, I can't say every mm counted because I probably pushed it. Still for a few hours, even without a GPU, she was beautiful. I have taken her apart for now though, a Jonsbo D31 will have to do when it gets here.

Thanks, I had seen a few issues of 3090's but did not remember any information around 4090's. At least I know it isn't me now!

Has anyone had any issues out of the riser with a 4090, specifically a Gigabyte Aorus 4090. I got everything setup but the GPU isn't recognized by the PC at all. I know the PSU and the GPU work because I had them in a temporary case till I received the god tier Slate AQ. Once I figure that out...

Will there ever be a way to get a second glass panel? I can probably make one to work but it would never look as good as what you were able to make. I love seeing both sides with all the nice cable management done, which is why I am so thankful for the GPU gap mod.

Painting the top and bottom panels white to go with my build, the white and black from the front panel looks amazing.

Mine is in and beautiful, machined perfectly and absolute perfection. I have already taken it apart for some painting but the suspense in finally getting my build together is no longer killing me. A+ work.

January 2nd and I will be ready for the build, months of having parts sitting there mocking me will finally come to an end! Hoping mine ships soon, the anticipation is killing me. I might be guilty of checking my order 3-18 times a day. And with all of the Best Buy drops I even scored a 4090...

All of these build pictures make the wait that much more unbearable! Now if only I could get any 4090 or an SFX power supply with 12vhpwr cable. Baby steps I guess.

Has anyone that has received theirs done a rough measurement of how long the Gpu power cables should be? Going to order a custom pcie to 12vhpwr cable and didn't want one to be too short or too long, with an SFF mm's matter so trying to plan out ahead of getting the case in.
