Modifying a Raijintek Morpheus 2 for use of a CPU

I would understand if you, like, had the hardware lying around, but purchasing a Morpheus (even B grade) to do this is grade A lunacy. I wholeheartedly support it. That said, if you want interesting coolers there are ones out there. Prolimatech's Gemini, or that new IceGiant Thermosiphon thing...

    Sff 4k silent build

Looks good, but you can probably find faster memory for cheaper. For Ryzen 3rd gen you should really have 3600Mhz or better and Patriot Viper has been really well-priced recently. Just don't use XMP; set the timings manually based on what the sales page tells you its tested timings are.

You don't need the extra fans. The bigger heatsink on the 3-slot card will keep it cool enough. If you want to overclock everything the extra fans might give you a few degrees of headroom but they will make the system louder. I think they should fit, but gpu sag might become an issue. Again...

A 3-slot card will be completely fine in that case.

Ignore sancho; that case is incredibly hard to build in and will give you a noisy system. My recommendations are the Silverstone LD03 and Raijintek Metis Evo. Both offer great airflow configurations. I just recently built in the LD03 and with a good air cooler (I used a Cryorig H7 Plus) you...

I didn't know you could still get the Silver Arrow anywhere. I've always loved the look of that cooler.

    Prototype Mac Pro Jr.

I think maybe we've been giving Apple too much credit for design and build quality all these years considering you can make something very nearly as great and clean-looking as a scratch build with consumer tools.

GPU [SFFn] ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2070 Mini Review

Yeah but Gigabyte now has true-itx length 2070s coming imminently as well, so getting the mini pc to tear it apart for the gpu would be silly. Especially since Bykski reliably makes waterblocks for the Gigabyte mini cards.

Project finally-resigned-to-a-tower [Neo Mini custom loop with push-pull 280 rad]

I like it! Installation was a little worrying- I wasn't sure the VRMs were making proper contact with the thermal pads- but with everything put together testing shows it's all good. The block is easy to take apart and clean, and it's exactly the length of the PCB. Don't really have any...

Project finally-resigned-to-a-tower [Neo Mini custom loop with push-pull 280 rad]

Alright, alright. I've been resisting for a long time, case manufacturers. I've never liked your "ITX tower" cases, with their ATX PSU support and their space for hard drives and their roomy layouts for water loops. Something about taking the ITX format and having so little imagination as to...
