I just realized that the 2 dots I added as nostrils ended up looking like eyes and spoiling the illusion. Image re-touched and updated above...

Will there be an option to paint a little mouth underneath the right angle fitting "eyes"?

Concept Ghost S1 DDC Top + Reservoir + Distro Combo Idea

I'm looking for a good reservoir to eventually use with a redesign of my water loop if I can ever get my hands on a 3080/3080 Ti FE with the short card. It looks like this reservoir/distro will work even with a longer GPU, but it looks nicer and would fit better than anything else that I can...

Apparently there is a new AGESA that lowers the TDP of the chipset to the point where newer 570 MB don't need a fan on it...? https://www.techpowerup.com/282731/asus-teases-four-upcoming-x570-motherboards-with-fanless-chipset-cooling

These have under 20mm clearance, but the outgoing fittings would be flush with the surface starting about 13mm from the center of the mounting hole.

Ghost S1 full water loop with Ryzen 3900x and 2080Ti (first attempt at custom water loop)

You should check the thread dedicated to the Ghost S1. They release them in batches from time to time. https://smallformfactor.net/forum/threads/the-world-most-flexible-sff-case-louqe-ghost-s1.1781/

Does the same clearance issue with the Koolance fittings happen if you route them off the end of the block rather than facing away from each other?

Prototype The world most flexible SFF case? LOUQE Ghost S1

For reference, my current build. The EKWB 3080 FE water blocks just came available for preorder so I grabbed one. I'm still trying to get a 3080 FE for my build, so I have a month or so to get a 3080 and plan how I'm going to fit it. The 3080 FE water block is the easy part. It's really short...

I used them in my Ghost build. They are great for fitting flush against the surface that you screw them into, but that means the fittings on the other end must be flush. However, the 90 degree part extends a little bit away from the center of the original mounting hole. The net effect is that...

It depends on your MB fan header power limits. A lot of fan headers only support 12w and most DDC pumps are in the 18w+ category. Some MB have 24w fan headers and so they could easily support that. Check the limits with your MB manufacturer and then check the power draw of the pump. In order to...

I generally prefer post and separate spring and nut rather than the post/spring/screw-head all in one. It lets you get the posts all tightened into the backplate first and then the cooler plate slides onto them with no need to "line up the holes" while trying to get it locked down.

Most waterblocks have terminals on top that would pose more of a clearance problem than the 12-pin connector would. The fact that the EKWB FE waterblock has the terminals on the end of the card would seem to make it much easier to fit into most builds, wouldn't it?

Just to be clear, the A12x25 is not designed specifically to be a static pressure fan. It is an all-around performer that happens to produce better results in most practical applications like use on a radiator. Noctua does produce static pressure fans and the A series is not one of them, but...
