Thanks. I misunderstood. I thought you meant the material was not aluminum for the case or the screws were not steel. My batch 1 case is also powder-coated. The powder-coating on the batch 2's was greatly improved (I also have a batch 2 shell and top plate).

Are you talking about the case itself, or are you talking about the screws? The case material wasn't changed after the first batch, was it?

Shocking and sad news. I guess that explains the sudden lack of NCASE M1s on eBay. My system has been in a V4, V5, and V6 over the years. I really hate to see it go. Now both of my favorite SFF cases (the NCASE M1 and the CCD MI-6) are out of production.

Hey @firewolfy, did you take down the CCD MI-6 website? I wanted to check to see if the ASUS Phoenix RTX 3060 12G would fit (it's 51 mm thick--2.55 slot width, so I don't think so), but my browser says "this site can't be reached."

Are they coming out with a Ghost S1 version of the L12S, or were you referring to the Ghost S1 version of the L12 they released back in June of this year? If they really are releasing a shorter version of the L12S, that would be awesome!

I hate to hear this has stalled. To be able to cool an ITX system with an NH-D15 would be perfect for me. I would definitely be interested in the all-aluminum version if it ever gets made.

Ouch! Went the wrong way on CPU cooler clearance for me. ☹

If you got it to the $120 to $150 price point with ventilated aluminum side panels, I'd buy it--especially if you could squeeze at tad higher CPU cooler in there. I'm not into water-cooling.

Very nice job on the case! How long did it take to print? Also, I didn't know a z370-i could run an i7-7700K. I thought z370 could only handle 8th and 9th gen.
