I think it’s the AMD 4xx chipset, I’ve tried both M.2 and SSD’s on the SATA ports with the same, slow boot time results. Hopefully this will change with future BIOS revisions.

I purchased the Seasonic SGX-650 to use with the NCASE M1 but as you can see from the photos the supplied cables will not clear longer video cards (Titan Xp). At this point I’ll probably use the Seasonic for a Streacom BC1 Mini I have and wait for the Corsair SF600 Platinum’s availability...
