You're actually looking for something more flexible. I use silicon wire in my builds. They are so soft they're "floppy". They can't really be trained and bent permanently like for show cases, but they are so much more flexible and more easily routed in a case. Perfect for SFF.

Jumping into this thread late (45 pages deep!!!). Loving the case - but if I understand correctly, it requires the use of 10mm tall fans at the top. Not sure if revision suggestions are being tracked here or elsewhere, but I'd really recommend increasing the height of the case to accommodate...
For air cooling, there's no better option that fresh air ducting. I did this in my a50 (very similar case). LMK if you have questions. I have no doubt that this setup could handle a gently undervolted Ryzen 9, or a medium overclocked i5-i7...
@wsgroves - might be basic, but wondering if you tested your ram. Few passes of memtest may be in order. That's the first thing I check on systems that are crashing randomly. Saves a lot of headaches.
Keep in mind that ducted is much different than vented in terms of concept and performance. With a properly constructed duct, you can expect temps similar to a free air workbench (or better if you optimize airflow) since whatever you're ducting does not interface with the hot/turbulent case...
