is it cool to let it sit in the packaging until I actually want to install it and then do the cabling swap?

So I got my hands on one of the Alphacool LT 240s a while ago and am still sitting on it. Is there any way to tell if the one I have is one of the ones that suffers from mixed metal corrosion?

So the problem is the tubing, not the screws?

Did anyone find a fix for the mixed metal corrosion on the lt240?

I really wish I had known about those screws before I bought the Eisbaer. How could a cooling company put mixed metals in their entirely custom OEM AIO.
