I have 2x window and 1x vented. edit: idling at the bios screen at 38C, I think it should be okay. Just need to fix the PSU cables rubbing a bit on the fans (and think about getting custom cables at some point)

Finally, I have all of my parts. Only bummer is I don't know if the rotated BS3 will fit with my ram. If not then I guess I'll need a different cooler to run semi-passive? Because I'm assuming having the fins running horizontal instead of vertical results in less than ideal temps

Grabbed a ruler on the way home, without the shroud the height is about 62mm, so it is close, but does look like I need to grab a cooler. If the mobo shows up on Friday I'll just build/run with the door off for the weekend :D

I'm going to get the 3700X, it has 8C16T in only 65W. As for the cooler, I don't know, but plenty of time to start researching that end of the deal since the CPUs don't launch for another month. I don't plan on overclocking, I'd rather run cool and quiet if possible.

With Ryzen thermal info coming out and the chip I plan on running only being 65W I decided to skip watercooling for now and just went with the SM550. Can't wait to get it in, even if the rest of the parts for my build won't be here for another month+ :D :D

570 looks a bit taller than I'd want... Just depends on Ryzen 3000 temps now. If I have to watercool the 12c/16c options then I'll grab the 570, otherwise I'll end up with the 570.

Any chance of some side by side pics (or renders) of the SM550 vs the SM570, going from 10L to 15L seems like a big jump but I keep trying to tell myself the extra space isn't actually that much more.
