Simply removed the solder on the old pins remove the old connectors, clean the holes, insert the new 90 degree atx pins connectors and resoder the new pins to the board. You can buy packs of the 90 degree connectors online.

If you have a 19v passthrough this would be the next dynamo 360. Alot of ppl find themselves having to use a collections of other chipboards to run 19v motherboards with 12v components, so a 19v passthrough would create a real use case for something like this.

This is the layout. It is a 12v Dc-Dc Psu with a 16-24v input and the most important in my opinion, a 19 v passthrough allowing you to power motherboards with 19v specs or pair the 360 with another dc-dc psu like the hd plex 200 for 560w! The photos are from the man himself at Kmpkt.
