Managed to mock up a custom Front Panel to add two 80mm fans to them; Decreased temps about 10C; temps are finally where they need to be! was around 80-82C on GPU and CPU now it sits around 72 during Fortnite gaming;

I always thought that was the case until I plugged my noctuas into the gigabyte 1080 mini and was only getting half of the RPM's at max

Those adapters work, but you will need to reflash the amd card to min and max RPM ranges of the associating fan your putting in

I'm surprised you had to dremel the 120mm noctua fan to make it fit. I have the exact same video card and with the gigabyte shroud removed, the 15mm noctua sits flush with the heatsink and case using the skyreach bracket.
