First of all, you did an amazing job on the case. Secondly, where did you let your panels cut? I live in the Netherlands but can't seem to find a company to do it for me.

I think that only the top and bottom panel have to be acrylic since they are more likely to bend.

I'm curious to see how this will work out, I'm thinking of doing a extrusion frame myself but if this works out I will reconsider 3d printing. Maybe you could consider having acrylic 'side' panels instead of 3d printing them?
