I made a 3D model of the foot per Wahaha360's description. Should be able to print it without issues. 10mm half sphere, M3x0.5 tapped hole to 3.5mm depth.

What thickness did you choose for the M.2 thermal pad? When I installed my drive, I noticed the supplied pad looked to be a little on the thin side.

I have been using the AIO basic for a few months now and have been happy with the performance on my 3700x. The only thing I am not liking is that the pump makes a noise similar to a traditional hard drive when accessing data. For an otherwise quiet system, the ticking noise is an earsore.

Looks to be about 20mm of space with the way I have the radiator positioned. It may be possible to fit a 25mm fan in there if the rad was moved towards the front.

Yes, but only because it has a different sound than the fans. An electric hum vs air flow sound. If I drop the pump to 80% it goes away.

I got the EK-240 basic installed in my M1 today. 4 Noctua NF-A12x15 as intake with filter in push/pull idle 40% speed, pump always at 100%. Ambient room temp 20C, CPU (OC to 4125Mhz at 1256mV) maxed out at ~74C, but stayed around ~59C during 25 minutes of blended stress test in prime95. Ryzen...

I just transplanted my build from my Dan A4 to my NCASE M1, and will have the EK AIO 240mm basic when it finally ships. I had the RGB version waiting to install, but don't care about the lighting.

It's not a sandwich layout, but have you looked at the Dan C4-SFX? Under 12L, 280mm rad support, horizontal layout.

Is there any more information you can share about the top hats you will be offering? Pictures of a prototype with an AIO would be nice!

I don't have a gunmetal case (and never will, RIP to the November batch) but it looks like graphite from a pencil could hide it.

They are releasing this top hat soon that will support a 240mm AIO.
