Some of you wrote essays so I didn't read everyone's comments but the polls specifically say to change the default, the others will still be available just not the standard.
So saying that the polls are close is redundant because the second place can still be chosen, just by selecting a...
hmm damn, I dont plan to even be living in aus in 3 months. I'll have to think about it some more. Is it just on r/sffpc that you've seen the case or elsewhere?
I'm about to buy the acat x pro but not sure which avenue to head down.
I can buy directly from taobao using google translate but I'm not sure if the shipping is being displayed properly or how to actually calculate it myself either.
or
I can buy from and agent (superbuy seems the most...
I've only heard about CPaynes bifurcation cards (currently have one in shipping to me now, though I think it has been lost in transport as it hasn't moved for 2 months lol), I'll search that other name you said too.
A single 280 is bigger than a slim 240 in every dimension, including having 50%...
Sorry, for some reason I was never notified of your reply. I live near Sydney currently. The thing about laser cutting is that metals are reflective so not all laser cutters can be used and they also have to be powerful enough. I was part of a makerspace that had acquired a pretty good laser...
I think another design concept would be to make it slightly taller to fit 280mm rads as they are more appropriate for cooling a full custom loop and more efficiently use their dimensions for sff (thicker rads are harder to push air through).
Compared to your concept for the dual rad (which I do...
I like this design. I too was unsatisfied with current case options (especially when it comes to vertical cases) so started making a bunch of designs in tinkercad. I researched quite a bit on how to get it made but eventually stopped as prototyping was most likely going to be expensive as well...
I have a ventus 3x oc which current waterblocks look like they might be too thick for this, we'll see (after I buy it). Is the gpu space able to be a touch bigger with thinner fans? I think Prolimatech have thinner 140mm fans. In any case, this is 20mm thick so will fit in the space and can be...
Sorry, could you put it plainly for me. Is it possible to use a 280mm full custom loop with a 3080? I have a 3080 that's not fe but I have been looking at getting inlet/outlet ports that are rotating right angles or 45 degrees, so if the usual inlet/outlet direction was the limiting factor I...
Why did you originally test with a different test to what you did with the first configuration? Even if they tested the CPU and gpu the same, there's plenty of other differences that could give significantly different numbers. Did you just not have it installed or something?
Yay we have finally seen the x pro! I thought this case was just going to be stuck in production hell forever. This case has been on the top of my list but due to next to no communication, I was leaning more towards the jimu d+ 2.0 or formd 1.5. Do you or anyone else who have better connection...
What are the real reasons to get this over the original one? Like real world numbers for performance improvements. I've been waiting for this for a while but with it being double the original, I need an excuse to buy it.
I understand all of this except for why the website is locked when not available. Why not just put sold out? I often compare case sizes and dimensions when I find a new one I'm considering and it makes it so much harder to have to go searching for the dimensions everytime, even though the...
Thankyou! I searched the EK website and found both angled terminals and rotary terminals. Since I found those I now know a term to search and was also able to find barrow have a version of the rotary terminals that are compatible with barrow and supposedly also bykski waterblocks. Bykski also...
