    What did you do today?

Yeah, Fisher pen are the ultimate pen. Had the same one for years until it dropped out of existence some weeks back... Can confirm about the ball up on the tip. I use it daily in a tropical country year round, the tip would just randomly gunk up on some days They probably round up 45cm to...

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

Aye, was thinking of using gaffer tape on the PSU on those close contact area. Sorry to hear about your rig, my guts tell me it's the mobo. The USB3 on the Cerberus isn't connected actually. Fan on the Morpheus was blocking it... Thinking of trying out those Noctua slim fans

    Cerberus on Prime Day?

Nah, you probably get redirected to the "Oops Sorry!" page anyway, with a photo of a dog for consolation Tried to get the Fire 7 for 29.99, couldn't get past the doggo page

    What did you do today?

Work: I manage the IT infrastructure in the company. Had a aircon leak over this rack enclosure with 5 GPU server inside (8*5 1080Ti). Was leaking for half a day before anyone realize the big pool of water on the enclosure, 1 top exhaust fan drowned today. Luckily most of the leakage was...

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

The Dark Rock is well within height restriction. There's about 10mm of clearance between the fan and the side panel.

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

I came from the Mini C. To my surprise, the Dark Rock in Cerberus performed better than my D15 in the Mini C. Not sure if it's because of other factors like fans etc... Right now the only fan are the ones on the Dark Rock and Morpheus. Go for AIO if you don't plan to move the machine much, less...

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

You're local too, aren't you? I went from NH-D15 to beQuiet's Dark Rock TF specifically for this case. D15 is just sitting pretty on the desk for now. Was previously on the EVGA Hybrid for the 1080Ti too, went Morpheus to front load the PSU and air only setup.

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

Yeah I originally thought about using the fan side as the mounting point for the PSU. The 4 fan screw fit well, but the GPU completely blocks the PSU connectors. I managed to push down the PSU further, using zip tie for now. Still finding a long enough screw to mount it... Thinking of...

Chimera Industries Cerberus: The 18L, mATX, USA-made enclosure

Was a Kickstarter supporter way back in 2016... Happy to say now I'm a owner of one, managed to fit a ATX PSU in the front too! (I'm aware that it's not officially supported) Main problem is of course, the power cord blocking the top panel from closing fully. Both the cord and the plug is...
