I'm starting to gather parts for my build. Mobo is Strix B350-I with Ryzen 1800X. I'm looking at the Corsair SF High Performance SFX 450 Power Supply http://a.co/3I6UGuz.

I will be reusing my Firepro v5900. https://www.amd.com/en-us/products/graphics/workstation/firepro-3d/5900# (this is not a gaming PC)

I don't know how to calculate the power requirements.

450w is plenty for your build!

Great power supply, and you'll have plenty of headroom too since you won't be overclocking the 1800X. The card doesn't have a power connector so it has a maximum slot draw of 75W. I'm estimating you would never see more than 250W for the whole build at maximum load.

What if everything remained the same but I experimented with overclocking? How would that change the draw?

It's enough but if you might OC or change parts don't cheap out. It's not a big difference in cost and you're not limited in the future. Using a PSU calculator will give you the best answer. The one I linked can be set with both stock and oc clock speed.
