Where can I get new screws?

Hi,
So to make long story short, I was doing an upgrade while at my parents house, went to bed and woke up to find my room cleaned and my screws, which I was keeping in a cup gone.
There’s nothing I can do to retrieve those screws now, so does anyone know where and how to aquire new ones?
