Has anybody actually used this?  I've been meaning to research this a bit more.  I know that Taobao touts this service now on their web site when you visit, but I'm just not sure if it works well or what.  Of course, for us plebes who don't speak Chinese, we'd constantly have to use Google Translate or some such...
